Nouns are words that describe things - e.g. 'coffee', 'house', 'car'. There are two tables here. They are a rough guide reference on Polish noun endings in the 7 cases and 3 genders. The first table is singular nouns, the second is for plural nouns.
If you are looking around for more information on this area of the language the correct terminology is "Noun Declensions" and for more detailed tables I recommend the one's in Jarosław Hajduk's Course of Polish.
If you aren't clear on your cases yet see the Polish Language Cases - Which case to use and when page.
